Hosted HTTP MCP

Formatry for Codex and Cursor.

Choose your client, connect the same hosted endpoint, and sign in with OAuth.

Choose where you use Formatry.

Codex

Add the public Git marketplace.

Run both commands in order. Codex installs the hosted Formatry plugin from its public marketplace repository.

Open plugin repository

Cursor

Open the native MCP installer.

The install link adds the same hosted endpoint and public OAuth client directly to Cursor.

After install

Sign in, then check the connection.

    Sign in

    Complete the OAuth browser flow opened by the client. Marketplace setup does not require an API key.

    Check the connection

    Call formatry_connection_status before using any other Formatry tool.
