Privacy for creative-pack data
This policy describes the data used to provide the service: account access, uploaded creative material, payment events, generation requests, API usage, and support records.
Payments
Payment method handling is processed by the active payment provider, including Stripe or YooKassa where available. Formatry stores payment confirmations and access records needed to grant paid access.
Uploaded assets and generated files
Uploaded assets and generated files are used to create the requested creative packs, provide downloads, verify delivery, and support paid access history.
API keys and security
API key secrets should be stored by the customer. Formatry verifies API access without showing key secrets again after creation.
Service records
Service records may include request status, delivery state, payment state, and error codes so failed uploads, payments, and generations can be reviewed.
Deletion and support
For account, upload, delivered-file, or billing questions, contact support. Some records may be retained when needed for payment, security, abuse prevention, or audit history.
