Your account holds paid access, uploaded assets, API keys, automation activity, and delivered files. Keep account access and API keys private. Staff-only access is separate from buyer subscription tiers.

Terms for creative-pack exports
These terms describe the buyer-facing service: protected previews, paid export access, account credits, uploads, and API generation.
Previews and paid exports
Previews can be created before payment. Final exports, API requests, and downloadable files require credits, subscription quota, or approved account access.
Customer uploads
Upload only assets you have the right to use. Unsupported, unsafe, or rights-conflicting files may be rejected or removed from production workflows.
API use
API keys are tied to account credits and may be limited by access scope, request rate, and available credits. Automated use must keep keys secret and respect account limits and error messages.
Service availability
Generation can fail when inputs, file delivery, payment state, or asset validation are not ready. Failed undelivered requests are handled through the refund and recredit rules.
Changes
Formatry may update pricing, limits, product pages, and product rules. Current public pricing and purchase availability control new purchases.
