These terms cover protected previews, up to ten free final raster files for registered users, paid export access after that allowance, account credits, uploads, and API generation.
Formatry is operated by Михаил Дроздов, an individual based in the United States. Contact: support@formatry.cc. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; if you use Formatry for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it. Keep your login, recovery credentials and API keys private, and report suspected unauthorised access to support.
Website guests can view a prepared demo. Some integrations offer a separately limited anonymous trial. Ordinary still previews have no product-count ceiling. Trial and paid accounts receive protected low-resolution previews, subject to request limits of 6 and 30 per minute respectively. Administrators have a 120-per-minute request limit and their own preview quality settings. Video and App Store Pack previews have separate counted limits and availability controls. A preview is not a final downloadable file. Check your text, images and sizes before exporting. Registered users can export up to ten final raster files free; each selected size counts as one file. The one-time allowance is shared across the account, a first-party browser marker and the network IP address we receive from a trusted source. A new account does not reset an allowance already used through the same marker or IP address; a shared network can therefore have less allowance remaining. These signals are not a reliable physical-device identity. Once the shared allowance is exhausted, further final exports require paid credits or a subscription allowance. Uploads, AI features and paid API requests remain subject to the access and limits shown for your account.
You retain your rights in uploaded text, images, logos and other materials. You give Formatry permission to store, process, render and deliver them as needed to provide your requested service and resolve related faults. You must have the necessary copyright, trademark, privacy and other permissions, including permission to use images of other people. This permission does not give Formatry ownership of your uploads.
You may use and edit delivered files for personal or commercial projects, subject to the rights in your inputs and any applicable third-party material. AI results may be inaccurate, similar to other results or ineligible for copyright protection. Review them before publishing. Formatry does not promise exclusivity, clearance of third-party rights, acceptance by an advertising platform or a particular marketing result.
The payment screen states the product, currency, total charge, included allowance and any recurring billing interval before you pay. Credits are service units, not money or a transferable financial balance. A recurring subscription renews on the terms shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancel through the billing controls provided for your subscription or contact support@formatry.cc if those controls are unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal; refund and withdrawal rights are described in the Refund policy. Changes to future offers do not remove rights already acquired under a paid order.
API keys are tied to account credits and may be limited by access scope, request rate, and available credits. Automated use must keep keys secret and respect account limits and error messages.
Generation and delivery can fail. Contact support with the order or file reference if a paid result is missing or defective. Remedies may include repair, replacement, restoration of credits or a refund, as appropriate to the failure and your legal rights. Download and keep your delivered files before their stated expiry; Formatry is not a permanent archive.
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, steal credentials, send spam or bypass payment and security controls. Formatry may restrict the affected content or access to address abuse, a legal obligation or a security threat. Where permitted and practicable, we will explain the reason and how to contact support for review. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies for defective digital content or services, or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific commercial outcome. You retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction; these terms do not require arbitration or waive collective remedies. Contact support first if you want us to investigate a dispute, without losing access to legal remedies.
The revision date identifies these terms. We may update them for future use and purchases and will give notice or request renewed acceptance where required. A later version does not retroactively remove your rights under an existing order. The Privacy notice explains personal-data processing; accepting these terms does not itself give permission for optional analytics or marketing.
